When is the order processed?
We process orders Monday through Friday. (Please note that we do not ship on weekends.)
It usually takes 1-5 working days to process the order. After delivery, we will notify you by email and inform you of the tracking number and inquiry method.
Where did your items come from?
PETOPVILLA is all about bringing you unique, specialty items you won't find anywhere else. Therefore, we source goods from all over the world. In order to maintain a diverse range of products that you will love, we go far and wide to find the best manufacturers with the coolest designs.
How many packages will the order contain?
If you ordered multiple products in one order, it is likely that your order will be shipped separately due to volume requirements of the logistics company. So when you order multiple items and only receive one, please be patient, other items are on their way. About taxes
We do not charge any taxes. Since our products are low-value products, the general customs will not charge additional taxes and fees, so you do not need to bear any taxes and fees. If it is transported to the local area, taxes and fees will be charged in individual regions, which need to be borne by the customer. (Because 99.99% of orders will not be charged tax, so we do not calculate the cost)
About the Carrier
Virtually all our orders are shipped via postal services. Once the parcel reaches the destination country, it's handed over to a postal-affiliated logistics partner for final delivery. Parcel carriers may include, but are not limited to, USPS, Royal Mail, Hermes (UK), Canada Post, and more. It's normal for your parcel to be assigned a second tracking number upon arrival in your country. Feel assured.
